Have you always wanted to try pottery? Here's your chance. Learn basic wheel-throwing and hand-building skills as well as glazing. Beginners welcome. Continuing students will strengthen and grow their skills. All supplies included in the course fee.

Pottery: Summer Hand-building (Ages 16+)

Explore a variety of ideas and techniques for making pottery without the wheel, including pinch and coil and lots of slabs. We'll also play with surface decoration possibilities. Beginners will be introduced to the fundamentals. Continuing/Experienced students can build on their skills and pursue independent projects when ready. Please bring an apron and wear clothes that can get muddy.
